I would suggest just going out and buying a new piercing. And, after have my piercing for a few years, I decided to put a little bit of extra cash down to get a stainless steel ring with the metal ball welded to it. When I first pierced it, I was constantly having to put the ball back in, I kept losing the ball, and I would get stuck with a lip piercing with out a ball. Or, if you don't want to spend too much money, you can probably go to a head/smoke shop, and they'll sell you one cheap. Just sterilize it before putting it on.
